Below you can find the Membership flyer and registration forms for Adults and Children in PDF Format. Please bring the filled forms to the Dojo and hand them to the instructor.

Each member is kindly requested to pay the applicable license-insurance fee in addition to the membership fee. Please transfer the amount to the provided bank account, mentioning “passport and/or FLAM license”.

Important: Sports Medical Examination Every member (from 7 years old) must undergo a sports medical examination (required by sports law) to be covered by CSMS and accident insurance in case of a sports-related accident. For new appointments, please consult the sports medical examination website: http://www.sport.public.lu/fr/medico-sportif/index.html. Phone: 247-83422 (please mention Aikido Kopstal-Bridel club). The sports medical examination is free of charge.
